Meet the Designer

Andrea Brooks has gained local and national acclaim for her original, layered interiors with a personal and sophisticated feel. With an appreciation for the classics and a love of the unconventional, Andrea finds inspiration in every imaginable source. Andrea works with open-minded clients to breathe vibrancy and timelessness into their project. 

Andrea grew up in the same small town of El Dorado in South Arkansas as Tracy and Amy. Although their paths crossed many times in their youth, their deep friendship actually began when each had moved back to their hometown to raise families.

Andrea and Tracy worked together for years at Andrea’s design firm, Andrea Brooks Interiors. They formed a unique and collaborative decorating chemistry together, each bringing their own design strengths to elevate the final results. Andrea moved to the Northwest Arkansas area in late 2019 but the two continued to work together on Tracy and Amy’s personal home. 

In the late spring of 2022, Tracy sent Andrea the video of their newly purchased property and asked her if she was on board to bring their new venture to life. Andrea jumped in immediately! Tracy’s vision of a boutique hotel designed with an art forward vibe and modern mix with antiques had been one of Andrea’s own project goals for years. Combining those interior design elements with Amy’s musical talent and love for Delta blues history was just the career challenge Andrea had been waiting and wishing for. We believe the results speak for themselves.
