House Rental and Private Events

Please contact the Big Muddy Inn if you would like to rent the Inn for your wedding or event. Please note that unless you have a dedicated full house rental, you do not have exclusive access to the Blues Room or kitchen. All guests staying at the Inn are welcome to join the Blues Room’s variety of events free of charge.

Concierge Services

Please call us with any special requests or recommendations for things to do; we want to help make your stay perfect.

Check In and Check Out

Check in is at 3:00 pm, and check out is at 11:00 am. Later check-outs are possible for an additional fee. Our rooms are all available by self-check-in. Before your arrival, you will receive information about the code to get into the Inn and directions and Code to get in your room. 

Parking

The Big Muddy has free overnight street parking for its guests. We also have space and plug-ins for guests interested in renting golf carts. 

Smoking

Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the Blues Room, Parlor, Guest Rooms, or porches. Guests may smoke in the courtyard, and ashtrays are provided. A $250 deep cleaning fee will be charged to any room that smells of smoke.

Housekeeping and Linens

Fresh towels are provided daily at your request. Linens are changed every third day. Please let us know if you would like additional housekeeping or prefer a different schedule. We understand if you do not want us to enter your room; just leave the sign on the door. 

Coffee

Complimentary coffee and Tea are served daily in the parlor or kitchen starting at 7:00 am. 

Complimentary Wifi

Guests of the Inn may access our complimentary wifi. We will provide you with the Wifi network and password upon arrival.

Televisions

All of our rooms have SmartTVs.

Pets

We are sorry, but The Big Muddy Inn is not a pet-friendly hotel. 

Laundry

We do not have laundry facilities for guests. Irons, ironing boards and steamers are available upon request.

Heating and Cooling

We want our guests to be as comfortable as possible. The Big Muddy Inn has central heat and air. However, each room includes a stand-up fan for your comfort. If you would like extra blankets, let us know.  

Connecting Rooms

Want your friends or family next door? The British Invasion I and II can adjoin to create a two-bedroom and bathroom suite with King and Queen Beds.

Taxes

All room rates are subject to 10% tax, plus a city-wide $2 head-to-bed tax.

Responsibility of the Guests

Theft or damage.

Hairdryers & Toiletries

Each room includes a hairdryer plus basic toiletries, including shampoo, body wash, and lotion.
